Morton Magic!!A full house for JAMES MORTON BAND last night at The BRISTOL MUSIC CLUB - James Morton - Alto Sax, Alex Hutchings - Guitar, Anders Olinder - Keys and for the first time at the club the phenomenal Francesco Mendolia. This might well have been Mr Morton's best gig ever at the club, particularly the second set, which was stunningly good. Ridiculously good playing from everybody in the band with James sounding like Maceo Parker on steroids, Alex was magnificent, playing his new 7 string guitar, custom built for him by Mayones, Anders was his brilliant self and Francesco Mendolia, who is best known as the drummer in Incognito, was a revelation.
